He was predeceased by: his spouse LaVerne M. Kocher Oswald (Snyder); and his parents, Arthur F. Oswald and Beatrice M. Oswald (Steckel). He is survived by: his children, Donna M. Kulp and Michael J. Oswald; his stepchildren, Richard Kocher, Francis Kocher, Edward Kocher, James Kocher and Jacquelyn Leazott; and his daughter Debra A. Kocher. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
