She was predeceased by: her grandson Scott Shade; and her siblings, Don Allen, George Packer, Dorothy Smith, Helen Weaver and Mary Shank.
She is survived by: her parents, Fred Packer and Mary Packer; her children, Keith (Trish) of Concord, N. C., Darrell of Mackeyville, Kim and Lisa; her grandchildren, Bryan of Flemington, Kristin of Bellefonte and Ashley of Wilkes-Barre; her great grandchildren, Caleb and Caitlyn; and her husband George.
