He was predeceased by: his sisters, Ivalou Bartley, Benita Litz and Anna Rowles. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; and his children, Tammy Shaffer Jr. (Paul) of Loganton, PA and Harry G. Rippey III of Mill Hall. He is also survived by three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
