He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Kaleigh Kephart (Ryan Ashton) of South Williamsport, Avery Mitchell of Florida and Alyssa Mitchell of Linden; his grandchildren, Olivia Ashton and Sawyer Mitchell; his sisters, Marlene Major (William) of Castanea and Brenda Fenstamaker of Lock Haven; the mother of his children Shirl Kephart Mitchell; and his brothers-in-law, Mike Kephart and Bruce Fenstamaker. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc. to assist with funeral expenses.
