He is survived by: his wife Sandra Kibler; his children, Kelley Noecker (David) and Keith Kibler (Marjori); his sisters, Elaine Fuller and Bonnie Dieffenbacher; his grandchildren, Seth Noecker, Brandon Kibler and Rachel Kibler; his stepgrandsons, Jeremy and Bradley Noecker (Ahnika); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Paityn and Chase.
Memorial contributions in Jerry's name may be made to either Clinton County Veterans Administration or Holy Spirit Parish through the funeral home.
