He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. MacKenzie and Rose MacKenzie; and his sister Laura May Lingle. He is survived by: his spouse Evelyn MacKenzie (Felix); and his daughters, Virginia Letko of Warren, PA and Dianne Mintmier of State College, PA. He is also survived by four grandchildren, their spouses, and 12 great grandchildren.
