He was predeceased by: his wife Joan E. Miller. He is survived by: his grandson Sawyer; and his children, Jodi Hendricks (Tim) of Mill Hall, Frederick A. (Tracy) of Lock Haven, William J. (Patty) of Lock Haven, Steve A. (Kelly) of Lock Haven, Terry L. (Bobbi Jo) of Lock Haven and White of Lock Haven.
