It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Walker (Lock Haven, Pennsylvania), born in Orviston, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 4, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, McDowell Walker and Mary Ann Walker (Lucas); and his son Timothy L. Walker. He is survived by: his significant other Donna R. Walker; his daughter Suzanne Emmet (Michael) of Lancaster; his daughter-in-law Patty Walker of Wellington, FL; his grandchildren, Michael Emmet Jr. and Mary Kathleen Davis (Fraser); and his great grandchild Gaia Emmet.
