He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd T. Dick Sr. and Pauline N. Stephens Dick; and his brother Donald Dick. He is survived by: his children, Theresa Mincer of McElhattan, Amy Jo Addlesee and Michael T Dick.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Hillman Cancer Center, 1100 Grampian Blvd, Williamsport, PA.
