She was predeceased by: her parent Burnard Bartley; and her granddaughter Ashley Walters. She is survived by: her parent Edna Bartley (Myers); her husband Ted L. Walters Sr. of Lock Haven; her children, Ted L. Jr. Walters (Ann) of Jersey Shore and Joyce A. Nevel (David) of Howard; and her sisters, Joann Weaver of Philadelphia, Alice Croak of Bellefonte and Mary Yocum of Williamsport.
