Bartley (Lock Haven, Pennsylvania), born in Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 23, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Geraldine Letterman and Harvey Letterman; her siblings, Faye Phleegor and Bill Letterman; and her niece Darlene Perez.
She is survived by: her husband Nathan Bartley; her stepdaughter Nadine Rockwell (Bill) of Duboistown; her granddaughters, Angela Carneiro (Steven) of Rhode Island, Jamie Hostrander (Tim) of Rauchtown and Felicia Beaver (Collin) of Avis; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Makenzie, Brayden and Kylee.
