Elmer Fravel Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 16, 2020, at the age of 59, Elmer Fravel (Lock Haven, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer L., Sr. and Shirley Heck Fravel; his siblings, Rex Fravel and Debra Heck; and his stepfather Harold Fravel.
He is survived by: his close friend Helen Solt; his sister Kelley Coleman (Arnold); his stepmother Trudy Fravel; his niece Karli Coleman; his nephew Cody Coleman of Lock Haven; and his friend Shane Miller of Mill Hall.
Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Clinton County Housing Coalition to benefit the Life Center and Merit House.
