With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Efrain Figeroa (Lock Haven, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 10, 2018 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Emeterio Rios; his sons, Freddie Rios and Elijah Rios; and his brothers, Anibal Rios and Luis Angel Rios.
He is survived by: his parent Paula Figeroa; his daughters, Norma Rios of Lock Haven, Yolanda Santiago of Newark, NJ, D'Shashowna Boykins of Newark, NJ and Maria Barnes of Carlisle; and his siblings, Jose Antonio Rodriguez of Lock Haven, Ernesto Rios of Rockway, NJ, Arsenio Rios of Puerto Rico and Milagros Arce of Tannersville. He is also survived by grandchildren as well as great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
