He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyrus Hough and Dorothy Spangler Hough; and his sister-in-law Mary Wetzel. He is survived by: his wife Mary Fisher; his daughter Zaneta Hough Reeder (Nicholas); and his brother Glenn Hough. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
