She was predeceased by: her parents, Cons Herr and Amelia Herr; her husband William L. Marshall; her sons, William C. Marshall and John Marshall (Karen); and her siblings, Kathryn Peasley and Carl Herr (Peggy).
She is survived by: her sons, Carl W. Marshall (Christina) and Gary (Joan); and her sister Barbara Deister.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Dorothy's name to Living Faith Free Methodist Church, 7175 Nittany Valley Drive, Mill Hall, PA 17745.
