He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel M. Kinley, and Bessie Ann Kinley, Sr. (Houtz); and his siblings, Daniel Kinley, Jr., Harold Kinley, Mary Geary, Margaret Stahl, Hazel Shady, Edna Nicastro and June Probst.
He is survived by: his children, James Kinley (Cindy) of Mill Hall, Michelle Higgins (Shane) of Florida, Pauline Kinley (Joe) of Lock Haven and Janet Kinley of Lock Haven.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc. (231 High St, Lock Haven, PA 17745).
