We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2022, at the age of 86, Donald L. Heltman (Lock Haven, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Heltman and Roy Heltman; and his brother Joe Heltman. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Heltman; his children, David Heltman and Karen Ricker; his stepsons, Kirk Rudzinski and Keith Shaw; and his brother Jerry Heltman.
