He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Marty" and Effie Richards Johnson. He is survived by: his daughters, Melanie Williams of Grove City, PA., Denise Boyer (Bradley) of Watsontown, PA and Penny Johnson (Helen Renn) of Bloomsburg, PA.; his brother Norman E. Johnson (Peg) of Mill Hall, PA.; his grandchildren, Aaron Johnson of Butler, PA, Cody Williams of Lynchburg, VA, Morgan Williams of Grove City, PA, Miranda Boyer of Watsontown, PA and Alex Boyer of Watsontown, PA; and his great grandchild Adien Wright of Meadville, PA.. He is also survived by father who enjoyed spending time with his daughters and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Dale's name may be made to the Lock Haven First Baptist Church, 210 N. Vesper St., Lock Haven.
