She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Earl W. Stover and Beatrice E. Keen Stover; her husband James Joseph Shumac; her siblings, Richard D. Stover and Karen Stover-Hafer; her children, Heather Ellis of Lock Haven and Matthew; her daughter-in-law Rebecca Reeder; her brother Kerry W. Stover (Trudy) of Flemington; and her grandchildren, Lykea Nicol Ellis, Emmanual Ellis, Daryl Durost, Olivia Reeder and Myles Reeder.
Memorial contributions in Cyndy's name may be made to the Clinton County SPCA through the funeral home.
