He was predeceased by: his parents, David Wagner and Della Shadle Wagner; his wife Patti Morris; and his siblings, Robert Wagner, Gerald Wagner, Kenneth Wagner and Cathy Smith.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kirstin L. Harrow of Lock Haven and Liesl Kreischer of Bloomsburg; his grandchildren, Zakery Kreischer, Lexus Kreischer, Terry Harrow III, Jonathan Harrow and Kathryn Harrow; and his siblings, Richard Wagner of Altoona and Shirley Coltabaugh of Altoona.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Charlie's name can be made to the Woolrich United Methodist Church.
