Charles W Heimer Obituary
Charles W. "Chuck" Heimer, Jr, 62, of Flemington, passed away on Friday, December 8, 2023, at the Geisinger Medical Center in Danville. His mother and grandmother welcomed him with open arms into Heaven's gates. Born on September 13, 1961, in Lock Haven, he was the son of the late Peggy (Hunter) Heimer and Charles W. Heimer of Lock Haven. On December 24, 1982, in Mill Hall, he married Judith M. Mann, who survives at home.
Chuck was a 1979 graduate of Bald Eagle Nittany High School. He worked in the warehouse at Woolrich Woolen Mills in Woolrich for 20 years. He was of the Protestant faith. Even though he didn't attend church on a regular basis, he still believed and spoke to God all the time.
Chuck was a true NASCAR enthusiast. Dale Earnhardt, Jr was his driver of choice. He like to watch the Atlantic Braves Baseball and the Las Vegas Raiders football. His favorite thing to do was to sit with his neighbors and "shoot the shit" about what ever.
Chuck is survived by his wife, Judy, his father, Charles and his girlfriend, Rita Ruhl, of Lock Haven, four daughters: Trinna McIntosh of GA, Marissa Rishel of Lock Haven, Krista Booher of Lock Haven, and Misty Heimer of McElhattan; six grandchildren: Cambria, Iceland, Kylinn, Jacob, David II, and Austin. He is also survived by two brothers: Glen Heimer (Sue) of Bellefonte and Richard Heimer (Marcella) of FL, one niece, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Following Chucks wishes, there will be no public services. His family will gather privately and have a celebration of his life.
