We are sad to announce that on September 23, 2021, at the age of 62, Charles Smith of Lock Haven, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Melissa A. Fry; his cousins, Paul and Mike Vance; his sister Debra Munro (Dave) of Lock Haven; his nieces and nephews, Korbin Douty, Lorelei Douty, Vance Munro, Jessica Fry, Ashley Douty, David Munro, Jr. and Honors; and his brother-in-law Pastor Dave Munro.
