He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles F. and Emma A. Caskey Chatham, Sr.; his wife Clara Helbley; his children, Charles F. Chatham III (Jim Kahler) of Lock Haven, Steven Chatham (Kelly) of Lock Haven and C. Jean Heck (James) of Ocala Florida; his grandchildren, Cassandra Chatham and Christopher Chatham; and his sister Betty Walizer of Lock Haven.
