He was predeceased by: his parents, Carson R. and Virginia Keiser, Sr. (Cooper); his sister Anita Young; his nephew Russ Huntsinger; and his niece Roxanna Pletchan.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara R. Keiser of Lock Haven; his son Cory Keiser (Mackenzie Levering) of Harrisburg; his sisters, Darlene Young of Bloomsburg and Kathy Loyd (Cary) of Harrisburg; and his pet Daisy.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to either the McElhattan United Methodist Church or UPMC Hillman Cancer Center through the funeral home.
