He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor L. Brown and Sara Merringer Brown. He is survived by: his sons, Dr. Carson V. Brown II (Sally) of Lock Haven and Dr. Jason D. Brown (Leslie) of Lock Haven; his grandchildren, Madison (Matt Galasso) of Philadelphia, Natalie of Lock Haven, Meredith of Lock Haven and Andrew of Lock Haven; his stepgrandchildren, Jessica Baum of Delaware and Michael Muzzin of Delaware; and his brother Norman Ray Brown of Atlantic Beach, Fla..
