It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn K. Stiver of Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, born in Liberty, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 25, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Glenn O. Stiver, Jr.; and her brothers, Robert English and Arthur English, II. She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Kay Killinger (James, III) of Blanchard, Diana Jolloff (Henry) of Beech Creek, Viola Jane Stiver of McEwensville and Cathy Ann Simon (Steve) of Turbotville.
