She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Blazina and Theo Blazina (Miller); and her siblings, Joe, Steve Blazina and Mary Workman.
She is survived by: her husband John J. Ruggiers, Jr.; her children, John Ruggiers, III of Lock Haven, Amy Donley (James) of Bellefonte, Mark Ruggiers of Lock Haven, Cindy Ruggiers (Roosevelt Rebimbas) of Delaware and Linda Ruggiers (Gregory Kramer) of Lock Haven; her siblings, Linda Albright (Paul), Frank Blazina (Elena) of State College, Deb Smith of Castanea, Tim Blazina (Kathy) of Lock Haven, Terry Blazina (Tina) of Lock Haven and Skip Blazina (Lori Beers) of Lock Haven; and her grandchildren, Jimmy Donley, Stacy Wyland, Ashley Ruggiers, Michael Wise, Brittany Ruggiers, Seth Donley, Zachary Smith, Brett Ruggiers and Crystal Rebimbas. She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.
