She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold L. Cox and Edna E. Cox (Powers); and her son Howard L. Houtz, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Howard L. Houtz, Sr.; her children, Donald W. Houtz (Traci) of Lamar, Walter Lee (Melissa) of Williamsport, Carol C. Houtz of Renovo and Rose A. McKee (Arthur) of Williamsport; and her grandchildren, Michael, Amanda, Ryan, Amos, Lindsey, Kyle, Brennan, Briar, Rain, Meisha, Lisa, Teresa, Evan, Jesse and Jenny.
