It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol M. Binkley (Lock Haven, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 28, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Whiteleather and Ruth Greene Whiteleather; her former husbands, John Eichenlaub and Howard P. Bierly; and her son Todd.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Binkley; her children, Dr. Timothy Eichenlaub (Barbara) of Venice, FL and Betsy Jerome (Jeff) of Dalton, PA; her sister Ann Wagner of Lock Haven, PA; and her grandchildren, Braiden, Ana and Callum Jerome.
The family suggest in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions will be accepted to the Calvery Baptist Church, 315 Thompson St. Jersey Shore, Pa 17740, or the donor's favorite charity.
