Bryon L. Yocum Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bryon L. Yocum of Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 14, 2020 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bryon L. Yocum to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Maude Yocum and Harold Yocum; his siblings, Harold, Carl, Dorothy and Phyllis; and his wife Barbara Jean Fox.

He is survived by: his sisters, Alice Herman (Yocum) and Audrey Sorgen (Yocum); and his children, Michelle Walker (Anthony), Steven Yocum, Lisa Walker (Steven) and Kelly Strunk (Eric). He is also survived by six grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

“When recently looking through photos with my daughter, we came upon one of my sister Lillian Beck, Larue and Phyllis on the steps of the one room school house in Allison Twp. I wondered if the Yocum family still lived in Lock Haven. So, we did an internet search. It brought back lovely memories. Larue and I share the same age, and as a kid I had a crush on him. My sincere condolences to the family. Marjorie Beck Trautmann.”
