He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Martin Topp and Elsie Pearl Topp; and his siblings, Randall C. Topp, Barry M. Topp and Ralena N. Topp.
He is survived by: his sister Lori Ann Sankey; his close friend Thomas Sankey; his nephews, Justin Topp and Jason Topp; and his niece Billie Topp. He is also survived by many friends and family.
