She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles A. Williard and Freda M. Fetterman Williard; her siblings, Delores Webb, David "Bud" Williard and Margaret Evans; her grandson Caleb Pettingill; and her daughter-in-law Tammy Pettingill.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa A. Pettingill (Glenn Miller) of Lock Haven, Richard D. "Chip" Pettingill (Joanne) of Jersey Shore, Charles J. "Jamie" Pettingill (Karen) of Lock Haven, Michael A. Pettingill (Misty) of Rote, Susan R. Rickert (Stanley) of Clintondale, Jodi M. Guillaume (Devan) of Jersey Shore and Tammy J. Fausey (Matt) of Jersey Shore. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
