Barbara Neff Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Neff (Lock Haven, Pennsylvania), born in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 4, 2019 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Fogleman and Phyllis Boccorato Fogleman; and her brother Larry Fogleman. She is survived by: her husband Russell F. Neff; her children, Steven R. Neff (Frances) of Mill Hall and Karen M. Rudock (Richard) of Mechanicsburg; her grandchildren, Rick Rudock (Ashley), Katherine Rudock and Zachary Neff; and her great grandchild Charlotte Mae Ruddock.
Friends and family will be received at the funeral home on Sunday evening from 5 to 7 P.M. Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Alzheimer's Association.
