She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie L. Hook and Roseanna Hook-Stokes; her husband Hubert J. Muldowney; her granddaughter Miah Alexander; and her sisters, Alice Hook, Devern Vaughan and Bessie Mae "Patsy" Hook.

She is survived by: her children, Chandra Muldowney (William Rogers), Darnell Alexander (Jillian) of Upperco, MD and Melvin Alexander (Jessica Yorski); her grandchildren, Camden, Braelyn Rogers, Gavin, Avery Alexander, Tyler Ward, Willie, Lena Alexander, Cierra, Asia and Zamonie Alexander; and her sisters, Helen Staley and Maryanne Stokes. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
