He was predeceased by: his parents, Gus Leonard and Dorothy Penney Goatley; his wife Anita English Goatley; and his brother Craig Goatley. He is survived by: his sons, Brandon English (Shannon) of Industry and Matthew Goatley of East Liverpool, OH; and his siblings, Michelle Dashield (James) of Beaver Falls, Traci Moore (Julius) of Encino, CA and Leonard Goatley of Ellwood City. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.
