He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Perry, Sr. and Virginia Bladen Perry; and his sisters, Bonnie Jeanne Schmidt and Geraldine Perry. He is survived by: his sister Linda Santos (Richard) of Selbyville, DE; and his brother-in-law Edwin "Bud" Schmidt of Littlestown. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
