He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil A. McGuigan and Bessie I. McGuigan; and his siblings, Sandra A. Rhynes and John P. Crowley. He is survived by: his wife Debbi M. McGuigan (Neilson); his daughter Cheyenne M. Ward of Littlestown; his sister Lorrie I. Kirby of Littlestown; and his close friend Billy Collins of Littlestown.
