He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Hann Bell and William H. Bell. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Bell; his sister Connie Bell; his siblings-in-law, Raymond of Westminster, Denise Spencer of Westminster and Ralph Spencer of Westminster; and his goddaughter Tammy Fritz. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
