He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Janet Mayers (Kearns); his parents, Ernest W. Mayers and Catherine Mayers (Arter); his sons, Ken R. Mayers (Rita) and Timothy L. Mayers (Cynthia); his grandchildren, Kendra Chamless, Brian Mayers, Miranda Shives, Michaela Mayhue and Benjamin Mayers; and his stepgrandchildren, William Dietrich and Michelle Jordan. He was also cherished by his 12 great grandchildren, 3 step great grandchildren and his 5 great, great grandchildren.
