She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas A. Armacost; her parents, Roy Koontz and Marquerite Koontz (Martin); her son Dr. Kenneth R. Armacost; and her sisters, Janet Lightner and Judy Bream.
She is survived by: her caregiver Dr. Elizabeth Wood of Gettysburg; her daughter-in-law Laura A. Armacost (Bentzel) of Littlestown; her grandchildren, Ashley Schuler, Andrew Armacost, Kira Armacost and Kameron Armacost; and her great grandchildren, Grace, Maggie Schuler, Abbigail Armacost, Thomas, Bryn Campbell, Matthew and Kaylee Armacost.
