She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Wayne and Blanche Ann Cooper (Miller). She is survived by: her children, Mary Ann Kowalczyk (Chet) of Littlestown and James E. Zolbe (Jeanne) of Lincoln, NE; her grandchildren, Staci Wisniewski, Mark Kowalczyk (Amanda), Cooper, Carter, Malaina, Tyler, Taylor and Trinity; her stepgrandson Michael; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Xander and Anna.
She was a seamstress by trade and enjoyed making and donating over 600 "Memory Bears" for SpiriTrust Lutheran Hospice in Gettysburg.
