France of Littlestown, Pennsylvania, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on January 14, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. France, Jr. (Anita Sordillo) of Aberdeen, MD; his sisters, Dottie France-Hankins of Glen Burnie, MD, Carol Rummel of Crossville, TN, Chris Watson of Glen Burnie, MD and Joyce France Ragusa of Melbourne, FL; his grandchildren, Heather Kazmierski of Pasadena, MD, Richard W. France, III of Abingdon, MD, Tiffanie Campbell of Pasadena, MD and Ben France of Aberdeen, MD; and his great grandchildren, Raylan Kazmierski of Pasadena, MD. and Luke Campbell of Pasadena, MD..
