We are sad to announce that on March 4, 2019, at the age of 79, Richard Velligan (Littlestown, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew R. Velligan and Anna Velligan (Polovich). He is survived by: his spouse Elizabeth A. Velligan (Belsterling); his children, Kim Dockman (Bill), Brian A. Velligan (Ellen), Mark Haase (Tina) and Shannon Staylor (Michael); and his brother Fred Velligan. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
