She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Harold and Gladys Mae Bell; her brother-in-law Joel Hyman; and her in-laws, David and Helen Smeak Sr..
She is survived by: her husband David Leroy Smeak Jr.; her children, Kelly Stitely (Jeff) of Taneytown, Kristy Porter (Dave) of Monroeville, PA and Kevin Smeak (Darbye) of Littlestown; her grandchildren, Chloe Staub (Jared) of Union Bridge, MD, Claire Stitely of Taneytown, Jonathan, Sarah Porter of Monroeville, PA, Dylan and Abbey Smeak of Littlestown; her great grandchildren, Peyton and Graham Staub of Union Bridge, MD; her siblings, Etta McKinney (Jim) of Union Bridge and Terry Bell (Elda) of McKinney, TX; her sisters-in-law, Brenda Hyman of Buffalo, NY and Debbie Bankert (Jeff) of Mt. Airy, MD; and her uncle Arvin Bollinger of Taneytown. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
