She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Stambaugh and Viola Stambaugh (Fry); her daughter Judy Stair; and her siblings, Virginia Goetz, Carolyn Woods, Joe, John and Richard Stambaugh.
She is survived by: her spouse Warren A. Stair; her son David W. Stair of Woodsboro; her grandchildren, Christian A., Natalie R. and Lily A. Stair; her brother Elwood Stambaugh of Westminster; and her grandchild Bingo.
