She was predeceased by: her husband Harold C. Zepp; her parents, Preston C. Blank and Delia N. Flickinger Blank; and her brothers, Calvin Blank, Preston Jr. Blank (Junie) and Nevah Eckard.
She is survived by: her children, Vickie Baumgardner of Hanover, Tracey Cogar (David), W. Va and Wesley Zepp (Shari) of Hanover; her grandchildren, Cody, Lindsey, Amanda, Bailie and Ashley Scotty; her great grandchildren, Callie and Brantley; and her siblings, Robert Blank (Johnny Blank) of Westminster, Elizabeth Stonesifer of Taneytown, Dorothy Feeser of Westminster, Helen Muller of Westminster, Doris Stull of Taneytown, Rebecca Green of Littlestown, Shirley Stull and Shelby Blank.
