She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ida Plaine of Hagerstown and Parlaman; her stepfather Jacob Plaine; her husband George William Bell; her daughters, Sherry Rose Bell of Mendocino, CA and Rochelle Louise Bell of Baltimore; her granddaughter Aili Rose Wecker; her siblings, Tim Carter of Jupiter, FL, Bobbie Carter Dixon (Terry) of Carolina Shores, NC and Jackie Plaine Romoser (Scott) of Baltimore; her siblings-in-law, Sharon Stewart of Reisterstown, Donna Caré of Sykesville and Dennis Bell (Lynn) of Hampstead; her nieces and nephews, Aubrey, Michael, Jessie, Katie, John Adam, Michelle, Desiree and Patience; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Nick, Kyle, Jackson, Tracy, Noah, Reagan and Andrew.
In remembrance of Laura's life, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
