He was predeceased by: his former wife Brenda K. Fogle (Bowers); his parents, William Ezra and Shirley Delores Fogle (Lawrence); and his sisters, Susan Few and Beverly Fogle.
He is survived by: his wife Deanna Fogle (Kelly) of Littlestown, PA; his daughter Angela Topper (Jacob); his grandchildren, Amber Lefever (Randy Griffin) of Parker, CO and Joshua Lefever of Littlestown, PA; his great grandchildren, Gianna and Elaina Griffin of Parker, CO; and also William D. Fogle of Taneytown, MD..
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the Harney VFW, Building (5801 Conover Rd, Taneytown, MD 21787).
