With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lacy Mills of Littlestown, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 18, 2025 at the age of 86. As Lacy departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Lacy. Though Lacy may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lacy Alvin and Vera Ima Mills (Martin); his daughter Dana Raylene Mills; and his brother Terry Mills. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Mills (Russell); his son Rev. Russell L. Mills (Cynthia); his sisters, Faye Haas of Mt. Airy, NC and Gail Gammons (Bobby) of Mt. Airy, NC; and his grandchildren, Andrew Mills (Nicole) and Jessica Paulus (Nathanael) of Manchester, PA. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
