He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Bull and Mildred Bull (Jones); and his brother Bruce Bull. He is survived by: his sisters, Frances Myers (Rusty) of Westminster, MD and Elizabeth Caple (Dale Uhler) of Finksburg, MD. He is also survived by nieces, great nieces, nephews, great nephews and several aunts and uncles.
